This photo & caption normalize propaganda as a gov't function from the Russian P.O.V., and place the U.S. government as an adversary in competition b/t propagandistic gov't media outlets. Reminds us that old school propaganda wars are alive and well.

    This activates emotion because it gives the viewer an idea that propaganda is a real issue and something needs to be done to help control the amount of propaganda within the world that changes peoples views and can cause major issues

    I don't think this particular photo and caption does much of anything. It doesn't provoke any real emotion in me because both the caption and photo are not as sensationalistic to do that. It doesn't even pique my interest to read more. We see too many of these headlines that they have become commonplace and after reading many of these types of articles, and seen the bias behind it, I have become more jaded about its actual intent. In other words, this piece doesn't make me care.
