Context
The White House invitation to the doctors said "wear your white lab coat." By manipulating the event, the WH hoped to communicate to the American people, via the news media, that ALL doctors support Obamacare when all don't.

    I disagree with the description of why this is propaganda. By asking doctors to wear their lab coats, it's an easy way of people visually recognizing that the people flanking Obama are doctors. And I don't think it's accurate to say that the WH is trying to show that ALL doctors support Obamacare; certainly about demonstrating support by health professionals but by ALL doctors - highly doubtful.
