Dit is propaganda omdat
Representative Takano is a member of the Democrat party, and this piece begins by explaining why the spending bill passed previously this year (that actually came from an agreement between President Biden and Speaker McCarthy) through the Republican majority held House of Representatives. Next, it goes on to explain how the deal passed by the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs benefited veterans and explained how Democrats were the driving force behind the bill. This is ignoring the fact that the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs is a bipartisan committee, and thus discrediting any positive work that the Republican Representatives may have had. Lastly, it flatly states that Democrats will always put veterans first and stand up for what is right which is a clear message that the Republican party will not fight for their needs (again, ignoring the contributions Republican Representatives played in creating the Honoring Our PACT Act). This is a partisan statement on a website that is supposed to be for all members of the military, no matter their political affiliation.
