    When I first saw this, it looked like a meme, or something a troll would send. This type of image and short message is very effective to a targeted audience, but is complete propaganda, as it only gives one side. There are few counter-messages seen that are as effective as this PR team is making- they are pros.

    I find this a clear example of harmful propaganda. Any cause, religious or otherwise, which calls for harm to oneself and to others is in no way beneficial to society at large.

    The play on "yolo" to "yodo", is making a connection with slang and popular culture. It is also suggesting that you could find a purpose to your life.

    From the point of view of Jihadists or people wanting to join terror groups, the “You Only Die Once” propaganda would be beneficial to them. It brings out emotions of excitement by telling young men to join the fight. But the real message is very harmful to the rest of the world. Terror strikes fear for many people who see this type of propaganda.

    This is a play on "YOLO" which is popular among youth. I think the play on this is trying to manipulate young people and that could be very harmful because they are more easily influenced.

    In my opinion this is an extremely powerful and harmful message to spread. To think that kids are exposed to this at a young age is hard to understand but it also explains how easily people could be influenced and persuaded by religion.

    I don't know how effective this piece of propaganda is, partially because it doesn't have the desired effect on me whatsoever. But it's definitely harmful: recruiting people to commit acts of terror with emotional imagery and bold text.

    As soon as I saw the picture, I knew it was 100% harmful. The photo of the gun covered in blood is extremely terrifying. As well as the spin off of YOLO (you only live once), YODO (you only die once). This piece it stating that it is good to kill yourself for the sake of martyrdom. I find this photo to be extremely upsetting. It is used to recruit men to join ISIS

    This propaganda is harmful, because it suggests that you might as well go become a terrorist, because you're gonna die anyway. It is surprising to see a pro-ISIS ad in english. This is harmful propaganda because it trivializes the whole terrorism situation. This is a form of simplifying a situation - it is trying to make it easy and trivial for a young person to see, and then think "why not?"
