It is of Trump holding his hand out as he does a lot when he speaks in front of a picture of Hitler. I do not know who the creator is but it first appeared over the last couple of years.

It is attacking Trump saying by saying that he is like Hitler and is not a good leader. It makes it look like he is doing the Nazi salute. It is trying to get people to believe that trump is the Next Hitler.

    This is a very harmful piece of propaganda. It seeks to simply use strong emotional reactions to get people to have an opinion by association of images. Any thinking person, no matter their political persuasion, would be offended that the creator of this media assumes that the viewer would form an opinion based on this image. Even worse the creator seems to be targeting people who must be completely illiterate and easy to manipulate to vote a certain way.
