Because the image includes adjectives that would make you want to drink it, but they do not show how bad of an effect the milkshake really has on your insides. It's harmful because people might start drinking milkshakes and it will harm them.

    The maker of this ad wants people to by iced mochas from McDonald's. The propaganda technique used is simplification. The ad simplifies how the iced mocha is to make it seem very good. I think this works because it simply states that the drink is delicious.
