    There is a definate opinion expressed here. The underlying assumption is a lot of money has been spent to fight the war on drugs by targeting marajuana users. The problem is multi-faceted. Is all marajuana sold harmlessly by hippies who grow it in their backyard, or a drug cartels interested in its production and transport? Is all maajuana natural or can it be laced without the used knowing about it. Ws al of the DEA's money spent focusing on this particular drug?
