I think this is a good reminder for people that their own self does matter and is necessary to being able to care for others in an entire capacity. Propaganda nonetheless because it is still spreading a pretty obvious message, but one that probably needs more reminding than many.

I think that it is a good message but one should be aware that the target-group here is female (the woman, the font, the color pink, the hart) It communicates that doing yoga, meditation and self-help is feminine which isn't necessarily true. This could create a resistance for some men.
